5 Bonuses & Promotions

8 Account Suspension & Closure

• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.

In cases of account closure due to a player's own request or voluntary self-exclusion, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered mobile money account after verification.
